Bimini and Convertible Tops

We all love a hot sunny day on the lake. The warmth of the sun and a nice breeze  while kicking back on the deck of your boat or reeling in your catch feels great! But, at some point you need to escape the sun and find some shade.  Bimini and Convertible tops are the best way to keep yourself protected from the sun and extend your time on the water.     

All of our bimini and convertible tops are custom made in house. We bend all our frames to meet our customer's needs and specifications. The height, length, and width of frames are fabricated to meet the requirements of fit, storage, customer preference, and other factors that need consideration.

Frames for boats are fabricated from 7/8" OD bright dip marine grade aluminum. We can use nylon or stainless steel fittings for these frames. Pontoon frames are fabricated from 1"x1" - 0.62 wall square aluminum extrusions.  We choose to offer a heavy duty anodized aluminum fitting for the pontoon frames.  Other fittings are available upon request.

The fabric for our bimini and convertible tops is tailored to the bimini frame to achieve a perfect fit.  We offer various marine grade fabrics that are available in many colors. Pontoon tops come standard with zipper sleeves for quick and easy installation.  Boat tops are typically built with fixed sleeves but zipper sleeves are optional.  Zippers can easily be added to the top, which allows for the addition of a front window, side windows, or an aft curtain. To complete our bimini tops, a matching storage boot is built to compliment your boat cover or bimini.
